Warm, lightweight, breathable, and non-itchy. It has thermoregulatory and antibacterial properties. It's ideal for allergy sufferers, as it doesn't absorb odors or dust. The oversized design with wide, puffy sleeves is our signature. Create a matchy-matchy experience with your child!
Available in several dozen colors to choose from and in two yarn variants: alpaca & merino (71% alpaca, 25% merino, 4% polyamide) or alpaca & silk (77% alpaca, 23% silk).
What is the difference between these two types of yarn?
Alpaca & merino is a fluffier yarn and may shed hair, while alpaca & silk appears slightly smoother and slightly fluffy, with minimal shedding. Both yarns retain the same properties thanks to their similar, high alpaca content.
Refreshing without washing: Washing wool, even the highest quality, can affect its structure over time. Before washing, consider refreshing your sweater by airing or freezing it. These methods are extremely effective in removing unpleasant odors without damaging the material.
Handwashing: If washing is necessary, remember to do so with extreme caution. Use only lukewarm water (up to 30 degrees Celsius) and choose a small amount of special wool detergent. Washing should involve gently kneading the sweater in the water, avoiding any rubbing or wringing, which could damage the delicate fibers. It's important to rinse the sweater in water at a temperature similar to the one used for washing to avoid thermal shock, which could cause the wool to shrink.
Storage: When storing sweaters, it's best to store them in a way that prevents them from deforming. Avoid hanging them on hangers, which can stretch the material. Instead, fold them and store them in a drawer or on a shelf, preferably with natural moth repellents like lavender bags or cedar balls.
Drying Carefully: After washing, proper drying is a key part of care. Dry your sweater flat, preferably on a clean towel, which will help absorb excess water. This drying method prevents deformation and stretching of the sweater, while maintaining its original shape and softness.
